After the tragic demise of Sushant Singh Rajput and his former manager Disha Salian actor, Sooraj Pancholi of Satellite Shankar fame has found himself in the firing line. Reports were rife that Sooraj had thrown a party at his penthouse where many Bollywood celebrities and politicians were invited. Now, Sooraj took to Instagram to quash reports, linking him to Disha, after fake photos of him and Disha started doing the rounds on the internet. He rubbished them and further identified the said person as his friend, Anushri Gaur.
Slamming the media for spreading fake news, Sooraj wrote, expressed his displeasure with some hard words and thereby stating that the girl in the picture is his good friend who lives outside India. Sooraj in his interview to a publication, challenged the authorities to prove his connections with Disha Salian.
BJP leader, Narayana Rane also levelled serious allegations against the 29 year old alleging, Sooraj is a key link in Sushant and Disha's case. Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide on June 14. Mumbai Police had filed an accidental death report and had begun investigating the reason behind the suicide. On July 25, Sushant's father KK Singh filed a complaint against Rhea Chakraborty at the Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna. The case has now been transferred to CBI. Meanwhile, Disha Salian the actor's former manager, died six days before Sushant after alleging falling from a high rise building in Malad.
