The 50 Winner Shiv Thakare Opens Up About Love Life, Past Relationship and Moving On

Shiv Thakare is one of the prominent name, when it comes to reality show. Bigg Boss Marathi win was his one of the huge turning point for him and from Hindi version he became familiar face to audiences.  Shiv recently won the trophy for 'The 50'. Consequently, he is currently a hot topic of discussion. However, Shiv is currently making headlines due to developments in his personal life. In a recent interview, he opened up about his breakup.

In an interview with 'Filmygyan', Shiv spoke about his nine-year-long relationship. Notably, he explicitly clarified that his breakup had occurred before he entered the Bigg Boss house. Furthermore, he also shared details regarding what his ex-girlfriend is currently doing.

What exactly did Shiv say about the breakup?

"I was in a relationship while I was in college. That relationship lasted for nearly nine years. And, even my subsequent relationship lasted for about two and a half to three years. I remained in that relationship from my college days right up until I entered Bigg Boss. However, my breakup took place just before I went into Bigg Boss, and she got married shortly thereafter," Shiv stated.

During this interview, he was asked, "Do you ever receive calls or messages from your ex-girlfriend?" To this, he replied, "The way things are right now is fine. What purpose would her calls or messages serve at this point? Whatever happens, happens for the best. It is just incredibly difficult to accept what has happened and move forward. However, some things are simply beyond our control. I am a very romantic person. Therefore, if someone enters my life, I love that person deeply. However, I never engage in one-sided love; love must be reciprocal. I enjoy giving gifts and such. I don't know how to cook, but I can certainly help out with other chores."

Meanwhile, Shiv Thakare has participated in numerous reality shows to date. He has participated in reality shows such as 'MTV Roadies 15', 'Khatron Ke Khiladi', 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa', and 'Bigg Boss 16', and has also emerged as the winner of 'Bigg Boss Marathi'.
