COVID-19: Check out the best diet to boost immunity in older people

COVID-19 has put everone under lockdown. The deadly virus is spreading rapidly so the authorrities have asked people to follow self-isolation. The virus disease is deadly and it is specially dangerous for the elderly as they are more prone to getting affecting by it. 

Elderly people do not have a very strong immunity. They are more likely to have other serious problems like diabetes, blood pressure, lung disease, or even heart disease that can lower the body’s immunity.

She has suggested to stay healthy during lockdown one should eat: 
-Handful of nuts to start the day
-Ragi dosa/ porridge for breakfast or lunch
-A fresh local fruit as mid meal
-Khichdi with ghee for dinner
-Haldi milk at bedtime
