Gurugram, July 30 The body of a four-year-old girl was found stuffed in a bag near the Kisan Bhawan in the Khandsa Anaz Mandi area here, the police said on Friday.

The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained, the police said.

According to the police, a passerby spotted the body and informed the cops on Thursday morning.

"On getting the information, we rushed to the spot with our forensic team and dog squad and found a minor's body stuffed in a bag. The body was decomposing and appeared to be a day or two old," said a police officer.

"The police are scanning CCTV footages from the area to identify the accused," said Subhash Boken, spokesperson of Gurugram police.
