The mum-of-three shared the stunning shot of herself, wearing a skin-tight snakeskin print dress, with her long blonde locks and natural make-up, accentuating her bright blue eyes, reports ‘Mirror.co.uk’.
Helen captioned the snap: "Alpha female", and while most followers were complimentary towards the single mum, some took to the comments to share their criticism of the actress.
One cruel troll jibed: "You're not an alpha. Alphas are intelligent, tactful and reserved until they need to be. You're STUPID brash and crave attention. You're a zeta. The likes of Michelle Rodriguez are alpha females (sic)."
Another commented on Helen's snap to mum-shame her, writing: "I think it's such a shame she's seeking attention? She has 3 beautiful children, she should focus on them!!!" Sharing on TikTik, the sweet video showed the mum getting her daughter's approval for her date with a mystery man. Matilda said: "My mum's going on a date with someone tomorrow and I think she said he's very hot." Helen blushed: "Do you like the look of him? I think he looks quite nice." Matilda replied: "But you think he's really hot."
