Ajay Devgn recently purchased a luxurious bungalow spread across 474.4 square meters at Juhu in Mumbai for Rs 47.5 crore. As per a recent report by Bollywood Hungama, Ajay has taken a loan of Rs 18.75 for his new bungalow. The same report also stated that the deal took place in November-December last year, following which the property was transferred in the joint name of Ajay and his mother Veena Virendra Devgn on May 7. The bungalow is situated in the Kapole Co-operative Housing Society.
The report further stated that Ajay paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.73 crore on the deal. While the property was purchased on December 29 last year, the loan was taken on April 27 2021. . The bungalow is sold by Bhavesh Balkrishna Walia. The actor, who has acted in movies such as Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Golmaal 3 and Singham, currently resides in Shiv Shakti Bungalow located close to this property.Meanwhile, on the work front, Ajay has extended cameo roles in a few upcoming films namely 'Sooryavanshi', 'Gangubai Kathiawadi' and 'RRR'. The actor plays the lead role in 'Maidaan', 'Bhuj: The Pride of India' and 'Thank God'. Moreover, Devgn also announced his upcoming directorial titled 'Mayday' in which he plays the leading role alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh.
