After pregnancy, many women experience increased abdominal girth and loss of tone in their stomach and waist, leading to a shapeless figure. Diet and exercise are crucial to prevent this, but many find exercise tedious or lack the time. For these women, quick and easy exercises can be extremely beneficial. All of these exercises are to be performed with the aid of a wall.
Therefore, begin by standing upright and tall with your back pressed against the wall. Next, raise both your arms overhead and lift your heels off the ground.
Maintain this specific posture for as long as you possibly can. Even if you take short breaks in between, aim to remain in this position for a total of 10 minutes. Not only will this help reduce belly fat, but it will also help straighten your shoulders and improve your overall body posture.
To perform the second exercise, keep your back and hips pressed against the wall. Step your feet slightly forward. Now, raise both your arms overhead and press them against the wall, ensuring that your hips remain in contact with the wall throughout this movement. Next, lower both your arms and press them against the wall; however, this time, lift your hips away from the wall. Repeat this sequence approximately 25 to 30 times.
Following this, step back and stand a short distance away from the wall. Turn to your right and place both palms against the wall. Then, turn to your left and place your palms against the wall again. Perform this exercise 15 times on each side, alternating between the two sides in this manner. This will reduce fat around your waist and abdomen.
