During his two-and-a-half years as Public Works Minister, Chavan travelled across the state, delivering development projects and building a wide network of workers and citizens—connections that have proved invaluable in this campaign.

As the scale of the BJP’s sweeping and historic win becomes fully public, Devendra Fadnavis’s all-round leadership has already come into sharp focus. At the same time, Ravindra Chavan’s strategic skill and long-term vision will stand out even more clearly as the final figures roll in.
