Over the last few days, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and the Mahavikas Aghadi government have been under constant criticism from the Opposition. BJP's Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Devendra Fadnavis is aggressively targeting the government's decisions and policies. However, now a senior former IPS officer has exposed Devendra Fadnavis and claimed that he is taking wrong steps as he is in a hurry for the Chief Minister's post. In the article Ribeiro ay," I can notice an impatience in his actions when out of power, that are disconcerting."

Devendra Fadnavis was a good Chief Minister. Former Chief Minister, now Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Devendra Fadnavis should not violate the law enacted by him during his tenure as Home Minister, said former IPS officer Julio Ribeiro. Julio Ribeiro has written an article in this regard in a newspaper.

Devendra Fadnavis went to the police station late at night when the director of Remdesivir Injection Injection Brooke Pharma Company was brought in for questioning. Fadnavis went to police station which is a symbol of law and order in the state, argued with police officers there, it didn't look good on him.

After arresting the owner of Brooke Pharma, Devendra Fadnavis broke the rule he had made when he was the Home Minister. In fact no one, not individuals or organizations, gets Remdesivir injection. In the Corona crisis, only the state government has the right to deliver injections from the factory to the distributors. However, how stocks of injections were found in Brooke Pharma's five different warehouses is still the subject of an independent inquiry, Julio Ribeiro said.

The BJP is hell bent on embarrassing the MVA government in Maharashtra. In the case of Sushant Singh, the BJP's attempt failed. It has partially succeeded in the Sachin Vaze matter and it may have been able to apply the screws there but for the resurgence of COVID-19 that is presently occupying the public mind. It is foolish to stretch the case of Remdesivir beyond a certain limit. It could at best have had limited effect but may now prove foolhardy.
