Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh refused to comment on the death of celebrity manager Disha Salian. The MVA govt who has been facing continous flak from opposition on the handling of Sushant's manager's case remained tight-lipped about the developments. Bharatiya Janata Party leader Nitesh Rane in his interview, to Republic TV claimed that Disha  had dialled 100 and that her phone had been used after her death. The report further adds that the investigating officer in the case was changed twice. Moreover, Disha’s Call Data Records till about four hours before the death show no cellular communication.

For the unversed Disha Salian died after falling from a 14th floor flat of a building in Malad on June 8. The CBI, which is probing the Sushant Singh Rajput case, has already summoned few people linked to her for questioning. Earlier, Sushant's flatmate in his statement to CBI had mentioned that Sushant feared for his life after Disha's death. Likewise, the Kedarnath actor fainted after hearing the news of Disha's death. Mumbai Police also in their investigation had claimed that Sushant before his death had googled his name and Disha's name hours before his death. Sushant was found dead at his residence 6 days after Disha's death on June 14.
