Maharashtra Shocker: Man Allegedly Beats, Threatens Ex-Girlfriend After She Ends Relationship in Amravati
Amravati: A shocking incident of crime has came to light were a young man beat his ex-girlfriend, threatened to kill her by stopping in middle of road suspecting of having affair. In this case, Rajapeth police registered a case of molestation against the accused Aniket Sanjay Dhandrave (age 25, resident of Vilas Nagar) on February 26.
According to reports, accused allegedly chased 19-year-old girl from her school on Badnera Road to a coaching class in Shankarnagar. According to the FIR, the friendship between the victim and the suspect Aniket had turned into love. However, for some days, he had been suspicious of her without any reason.
Fed up with this suspicion, the girl had broken up with him. However, Aniket could not digest this rejection. On the day of the incident, i.e. on February 25, at around 3.30 pm, the girl was going to class when Aniket chased her. He stopped her on the way and asked her why aren't you talking to me? Why aren't you picking up my phone?, creating a commotion. He did not stop there, but suspected her of talking to another boy and started beating her with his hands. He checked her phone from the street.
Threatened to enter the house and create a ruckus
In a fit of anger, Aniket snatched the girl's mobile phone worth Rs 5,000, threw it on the ground and broke it. He openly threatened that if you do not have a relationship with me, I will kill you and come to your house and make a spectacle of you. The victim girl is very scared due to this incident and has immediately rushed to Rajapeth police station and filed a complaint. Rajapeth Thanedar Punit Kulat, realizing the seriousness of the incident, registered a case under various sections in this case. Further investigation is being conducted by Police Sub-Inspector Vidya Kale.
