After the suicide of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, high profile celebrities from Mumbai and their suppliers of drugs have come under the radar of NCB. A few days back, 200 kg of drugs was seized in Mumbai by the NCB. 

Maharashtra Minority Affairs and Skill Development Minister Nawab Malik's son-in-law Sameer Khan has been called for questioning by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

The developments came on the heels of revelations alleging Nawab Malik's son-in-law' as a customer for narcotics during the interrogation of Dia Mirza's ex-manager Rahila Furniturewala in a drugs case.

Nilofer, daughter of Cabinet Minister Nawab Malik, is married to Sameer Khan. There is a Rs 20,000 transaction on Google Pay between Karan Sajnani and Sameer Khan. The two had a transaction on Google Pay. The NCB has suspected that the payment was doen for drugs procurement. The NCB has summoned Sameer Khan for questioning. Aaj Tak has reported about this.

On Tuesday the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested one of the owners of Mumbai's famed 'Muchhad Paanwala' in connection with the investigations into the drug mafia-celebrities nexus.
