A truck carrying mangoes overturned on the Mumbai–Ahmedabad National Highway in Maharashtra’s Palghar district, after the driver allegedly lost control of the vehicle. The accident created a huge traffic jam.

After the accident, mango baskets in the truck fell on the road and fruit scattered on the highway. Seeing this, a large crowd of passers-by and residents gathered at the spot to collect the fallen mangoes.

According to preliminary information, the truck was travelling from Gujarat to Mumbai when the accident occurred on the national highway near  Charoti toll naka in Dahanu. The exact cause of the accident has not yet been confirmed.

Police and local authorities later reached the spot to manage traffic and clear the road. No major injuries were immediately reported in the incident. Further investigation into the accident is underway.
