Ulhasnagar: 11 injured, 6 feared trapped as slab of building collapses

Over 6 people are feared trapped under the rubble after slabs of a residential building collapsed in Ulhasnagar town of Maharashtra''s Thane district on Saturday. The incident took place in a four-storied building Mohini Palace in Camp No. 1 area at Ulhasnagar around 3 pm on Saturday. 

Ulhasnagar Municipal officials, police and fire brigade personnel rushed to the pot. 

The rescue team rushed 11 injured people to the hospital for treatment. While six others are still feared to be trapped under the debris. 

A team from the Thane Disaster Response Force is at the scene to help firemen remove the debris and rescue five others who are trapped.
