Mumbai – The Central Railway has announced special traffic and power blocks for the launch of four steel girders as part of the proposed construction of a Road Over Bridge (ROB) on the Lonavala-Malavali section. The bridge will replace Level Crossing Gate No. 32 at Km. 128/16-17, enhancing railway infrastructure and safety.
The special block will impact the regulation of long-distance trains and result in the short termination of EMU services between April 6 and April 8, 2025. The detailed impact on train services is as follows:
