Mumbai Local Train News: Mumbai local train services will be affected on the Central, Western, Harbour, and Trans-Harbour lines on Sunday, June 15, due to a scheduled mega block for essential maintenance work.ย Several UP and DOWN services will be either cancelled, diverted or operated on alternate routes during this period. Affected sections include major routes such as CSMT to Vidyavihar on the Central line, Vashi to Panvel on the Harbour line, and Thane to Vashi on the Trans-Harbour line. On the Western line, a five-hour jumbo block will be taken between Santacruz and Goregaon.

Down slow services departing from CSMT Mumbai between 10.48 hrs and 15.45 hrs will be diverted to the down fast line between CSMT and Vidyavihar stations. These trains will halt at Byculla, Parel, Dadar, Matunga, Sion and Kurla stations, and will be re-diverted to the down slow line at Vidyavihar station.
- Western Line Update:Goregaon - Santacruz ๐๐ฉ ๐๐ง๐ Down ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐๐.๐๐ ๐๐ฆ ๐ญ๐จ ๐.๐๐ ๐ฉ๐ฆ.
A five-hour jumbo block will be implemented on the UP and DOWN slow lines between Santacruz and Goregaon stations from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm on Sunday, 15 June 2025. All slow line trains will run on fast lines between Santacruz and Goregaon. Therefore, these trains will not halt at Vile Parle due to the inadequate platform length and will also skip Ram Mandir due to the unavailability of platforms on the fast lines. However, services at Vile Parle and Ram Mandir will be available on the Harbour line.
Due to the block, some suburban services will remain cancelled. Additionally, some Borivali and Andheri trains on the Harbour line will operate only up to Goregaon.

UP Harbour line services from Panvel to CSMT Mumbai between 10.33 am and 3.49 pm, and DOWN Harbour line services from CSMT Mumbai to Panvel/Belapur between 9.45 am and 3.12 pm will remain cancelled. Special local trains will operate on the CSMTโVashi section during the block period.

UP Trans-Harbour line services from Panvel to Thane between 11.02 am and 3.53 pm, and DOWN Trans-Harbour line services from Thane to Panvel between 10.01 am and 3.20 pm will remain cancelled.
- Uran Line Update:
No block is scheduled on the Uran Line.
