MECL implements Seva Sankalp resolution

A meeting of senior officers from all functional divisions was held at MECL’s Corporate Office, Nagpur under the chairmanship of Indra Dev Narayan, Chairman-cum-Managing Director. The Resolution was formally read out and deliberated upon, with discussions focusing on aligning its principles with MECL’s exploration mandate and operational framework. Addressing the officers, Indra Dev Narayan emphasised that the resolution should serve as a guiding value framework for the organisation. He called upon employees to internalise its spirit in their daily responsibilities and ensure that MECL’s activities remain people-focused, responsive, and rooted in public service. Pankaj Pandey, Director (Technical), highlighted that effective implementation depends on individual accountability, professional diligence, and ownership at every level, ensuring that technical and managerial functions translate into citizen-centric outcomes.

Pradeep Kumar, Chief Vigilance Officer, stressed that transparency, ethical conduct, and procedural integrity must remain central to MECL’s functioning, particularly in areas impacting public interest.
