Seeds enter main draw

In today's matches, Kashish Bhatia, Sandeepti Singh, Saily Thakkar, Ekaterina Khodzaeva, Jennifer Luikham, Danica Fernando, Laxmisiri Dandu, Nehma Sara Kispotta proceeded to the main draw. Wild card entry was offered to Aakruti Sonkusre, Bela Tamhankar, Vaishnavi Adkar and Ankita Raina.

In the main draw, the top seed is Vaishnavi Adkar who will face Saumya Vig in round one. Zhibek Kulambayuva (Seed 2) will face Nhema Sara Kispotta whereas third seed Zeel Desai will take on Ashmitha Easwaramurthi. Fourth seed Ankita Raina will lock horns with Soha Sadiq whereas fifth seed Ekaterina Yashina faces Danica Fernando to complete the top five seeds.

Air Marshall Yella Umesh VSM, PhD, Commander in Chief of, Maintenance Command, IAF, Vayusena Nagar, will be the guest of honour on Tuesday morning to start the main draw.
