Women run for health in Pink Marathon

Deputy Mayor Leela Hathibed, Standing Committee chairperson Shivani Dani Wakhre, Construction and Projects Special Committee Chairperson Ashwini Jichkar, Legal Special Committee Chairperson Nidhi Telgote, Sports Special Committee Chairperson Darshani Dhavad, Women and Child Welfare Special Committee Chairperson Sarika Nandurkar, Water Supply Special Committee Chairperson Divya Dhurde, Education Special Committee Chairperson Santoshdevi Laddha, Municipal Corporation Additional Commissioner Vasumana Pant, Additional Commissioner Vaishnavi B., Deputy Commissioner Milind Meshram, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Ranjana Lade along with other officers and employees of the Nagpur Municipal Corporation were present in the programme organized at Yashwant Stadium.

All the contestants who attended on Sunday morning were welcomed with Zumba dance. *

The "Pink Marathon" competition was held in three categories. 3 km for women under 16 years of age, 5 km for the general category and a special Pink Run of 2 km. Cash prizes were given to the first three winners and attractive prizes to the other winners.
