An earthquake of 3.5 magnitude was recorded in the Palghar district of Maharashtra on Thursday according to civic officials.

An earthquake of 3.5 magnitude was recorded in the Palghar district of Maharashtra on Thursday according to civic officials. The tremors were felt around 7:20am at Dhundalwadi village in Dahanu taluka of Palghar said, Santosh Kadam, chief of the Regional Disaster Management Cell of Thane muncipal corporation. '

'The magnitude of the earthquake was 3.5 there was no reports of damage to property or casualty." Dhundalwadi has been experiencing continous tremors since November 2018 and it only two days ago that the village experienced a 2.9 magnitude earthquake, officials said.
