Patna, Feb 19 The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has launched a strong attack on Faishal Khan who is popularly known as Khan Sir, a well-known coaching teacher from Patna, who has been demanding the cancellation of the 70th BPSC Prelims exam.

BPSC shared a video of Khan Sir on its official X handle, BPSC accused Khan Sir of crossing all limits of “vulgarity, rudeness, and indecency”.

The commission warned students to be cautious of such teachers. BPSC called him a "self-proclaimed coaching operator" who is misleading students and accused him of tarnishing the image of a constitutional institution.

It has further claimed his remarks are meant to demoralise the commission’s hardworking employees. Khan Sir has been leading protests against alleged irregularities in the 70th BPSC Prelims exam.

He demanded an investigation into the treasury of Gaya and Nawada districts, claiming question papers were mishandled.

BPSC has denied all allegations and maintained that the exam was conducted transparently. The commission maintains that the exam was conducted fairly and that coaching institutes are misleading students.

The commission is likely to take further legal or administrative action against those spreading alleged misinformation.

The BPSC 70th Prelims Exam controversy is escalating, with protesting candidates and educationist Khan Sir alleging major irregularities in the examination process.

Their primary demand is a re-exam, citing concerns over fairness and transparency.

Khan Sir claimed that the exam papers were not deposited in the treasury of Gaya and Nawada, raising concerns over possible tampering.

He claimed the set of question papers which was not deposited in the treasuries of Gaya and Nawada was used in the January 4 re-exam, which was conducted at 22 locations.

Due to this, the January 4 re-exam had a pass percentage of 19 per cent, significantly higher than the 6 per cent pass rate in the original December 13 exam.
