The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) have confirmed the holiday as per their official schedule. Along with the closure of equity markets, the currency derivatives segment will also remain shut. The commodity derivatives market will operate partially. The extended weekend break from March 29 to March 31 will give investors additional time before markets reopen.
