Ac coach of the Hyderabad-Jaipur Special Express gutted with fire on Friday May 15 evening at Nampally Railway Station. The fire broke out at two ac coaches, triggering panic among passengers and onlookers. Fortunately their were no casualties reported in this incident.
The blaze began in the B1 and B2 coaches of the train’s 3-tier AC section, just before the train was scheduled to depart for Jaipur at 7 pm. The thick smoke quicky spread across the platform area. Following the incident emergency team responded and doused of the fire.
Fire and rescue teams responded to the station, deploying three fire engines to contain the flames. Firefighters successfully controlled the blaze before it spread, according to India Today.
At least eight people were killed and several others injured in an explosion followed by hug fire at a firecracker factory in Madhya Pradesh's Dewas district on Thursday, May 14. According to the Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, several casualties were reported in the blast at the firecracker factory located in Tonk Kala.
The incident occurred at around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday. As per the situation, casualties could rise as many people received serious burn injuries. According to information, the explosion was so powerful that body parts were reportedly scattered 20 to 25 feet away. It is reported that around 200 women were working in the factory at the time of the blast.
