Punjab Power Cut On March 14: Tarn Taran To Face Supply Disruption On Saturday; Check Areas Affected

Punjab Power Cut: Electricity supply will be disrupted in Tarn Taran area on Saturday March 14, 2026. This supply disruption will be due to necessary repair work at the 132 KVA sub-station in Tarn Taran. Power will be cut from 9 am and will resume at 5pm. During this period these areas in city  11 KV City 1, City 3, City 4, City 6, City 7, and 11 KV Civil Hospital Tarn Taran feeders will be affected.

The main areas affected by the power outage include Civil Hospital Tarn Taran, Qazikot Road, Chandra Colony, Sarhali Road (right side), Gali Jamarai Wali, Mohalla Bhag Shah, Tehsil Bazaar, and Noordi Road. Power outages are scheduled for multiple areas in Tarn Taran district, including Park Avenue, Guru Arjan Dev Colony, Sardar Enclave, Gurbaksh Colony, Chhota Qazikot, Padda Colony, Kohad Ahat, Green City, Holy City, Mohalla Jaswant Singh, Noordi Road, Palasaur Road, Sri Guru Arjan Dev Colony, Jai Deep Colony, Deep Avenue, Fateh Chak, Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar, Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar Phase 2, and New Deep Avenue.

Other affected areas include Major Jeevan Singh Nagar, Goldal Avenue, Mahindra Avenue, Green Avenue, Mahindra Enclave, Nanaksar Mohalla (behind the Civil Hospital), Lali Shah Mohalla, Nehru Gate, Amritsar Road, and the Police Line feeder. The information was provided by power officials including SDO Narinder Singh, JE Gurbhej Singh Dhillon, JE Manjit Singh, and JE Kamalpreet Singh.
