At least 10 people sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle collision on the Trichy-Chennai National Highway near Viluppuram, Tamil Nadu. The incident involved a truck, a bus, and a car. The collision occurred early morning and emergency services responded to the scene and transported the injured to nearby hospitals for treatment.

The cause of the accident is currently under investigation. The force of the impact caused extensive damage to all three vehicles, and several passengers inside the bus and the car were injured. Authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the accident. Traffic on the Trichy-Chennai National Highway was severely affected as emergency crews worked to clear the wreckage and remove the damaged vehicles from the scene.
