The victim lodged a complaint against her husband at the University Police Station. Police arrested the husband after receiving a complaint. A woman from Patel Nagar in Gwalior told police that her husband had been having unnatural sexual relations with her. This type was not for one or two days but for the last 11 years the woman's husband had been having unnatural sexual relations with her. The woman often stopped her husband from having unnatural sex, but instead of stopping, the husband started having unnatural sex.

The woman reported the incident to other members of her household. However, nothing came of it. The woman, who had been suffering from her husband's unnatural intercourse for many years, suffered. Showing courage, the woman sought the help of police and reached University Police Station, Thane and lodged a complaint against her husband. University police have registered an FIR against her husband and arrested him on the complaint of the woman.
