Jayanti Chauhan is a daughter of veteran industrialist Ramesh Chauhan, the man behind several popular brands such as Limca, Gold Spot, Thumbs Up, Bisleri and more.

Jayanthi studied product development from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. In addition, she studied fashion styling from the Istituto Maragoni Milano and fashion styling and photography from the London College of Fashion.

Jayanti initiated all the changes in the company as soon as she took the job and built a strong team by transforming several departments including HR, Sales and Marketing. After this, on the strength of his cross-category experience and global exposure, Jayanti moved to the Mumbai office in 2011.
