Here is why you should not wash your hair with hot water

Falling of hair is common in winter. Hair growth also changes with changing seasons. No one dares to take a bath with normal or cold water in cold weather. So everyone prefers to take a bath with hot water.

Hair becomes dry and lifeless in winter. So avoid using hot water while washing your hair in winter, use lukewarm water to wash your hair. Warm water will not harm hair if used for hair.

If the hair is very dry, massage the hair with a creamy conditioner after shampooing, then rinse with plain water after two minutes. Also apply serum after shampooing in winter. Doing this will give the hair a new shine.

Bathing with hot water depletes the skin's natural moisture. According to Ayurveda, one should not bathe with hot water on the head. This increases the problem of dandruff in the scalp, and the hair also becomes thin.
