Even if you do not establish Ganpati in your house, worship Ganpati in the temple properly and offer jaggery, coconut or Modak. Get up early in the morning for the puja, take a bath and put Amrapallava on the door. Don't be lazy to take a bath on that day. And if Ganpati Bappa is coming home, get up first and take a bath and be ready to welcome Bappa.
