Colonel Ashutosh Sharma, 44, was commanding a battalion of 21 National Rifles. Commander Major Anuj Sood (30), Nayak Rajesh Kumar (29), Lance Nayak Dinesh Singh (24) and Jammu and Kashmir Sub-Inspector of Police Sagir Pathan alias Qazi (41) were arrested on Saturday evening.
