Pune Accident: 2-Year-Old Dies After Being Run Over by Vehicle in Kharadi

Pune Accident News: A two-year-old boy died after being run over by a vehicle in the Kharadi area on Thursday evening. The deceased has been identified as Mayur Amar Malve. A case has been registered against the driver involved.

The driver, Raju Magan Dhole, 66, resident of Balkrishna Apartment on Dhole-Patil Road, has been named in the complaint filed by the child’s mother, Poonam Amar Malve, 25, with the Kharadi police station.

According to police, Mayur was playing in an open area in front of his house around 7 p.m. when the incident occurred. Dhole, who was delivering milk in a pickup vehicle, was at a nearby shed. The child was accidentally run over and sustained severe injuries.

Mayur was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead before treatment could begin. Assistant Police Inspector Godse is handling the investigation.
