Pune Accident: Bus Hits Garbage Truck at Vanaj Chowk, Worker Seriously Injured (Watch Video)

Pune: A horrific accident that occurred on Fridau April 24 morning in the vicinity of Vanaz Chowk in Pune has caused a great stir in the area. The driver lost control of a PMPML bus after its brakes suddenly failed, resulting in the bus violently crashing into a municipal waste collection vehicle traveling ahead of it.

According to eyewitnesses, the bus was speeding along Paud Road when the brakes suddenly gave way. The bus, now completely out of control, slammed into the garbage truck from behind. The force of the impact was so tremendous that a waste collection worker was flung from the vehicle directly onto the road.

The injured worker is in critical condition and is currently undergoing treatment at a nearby hospital. Traffic in the area was disrupted for some time following the accident. Local citizens immediately rushed to assist, helping to transport the injured worker to the hospital. Meanwhile, the entire incident was captured on nearby CCTV cameras, and the police have initiated an investigation based on the footage. Further inquiries are being conducted regarding the technical failure of the bus.
