What has alarmed viewers even more is that his father is seen seated in the back of the rickshaw, allowing the child to drive, thereby putting both their lives and the safety of others at considerable risk.

As per the Motor Vehicles Act, minors are strictly prohibited from driving any motor vehicle, and violations can lead to stringent action against guardians. Despite this, such incidents continue to be reported, indicating a lack of effective enforcement of existing rules.
