A video of this horrifying act has surfaced on social media creating concern among netizens.  Video begins with woman standing outside her house, she lifts the scotty seat and then place baby inside the storage space and then rides away. 

As video of this incident went viral, internet was concerned, is the baby inside safe or not? The infant, wearing a small cap, can be seen lying quietly as the woman adjusts the position. Soon after, she brings the seat down, covering the compartment. Once closed, the baby is no longer visible.
