X Down? Elon Musk-Owned Social Media Platform Faces Outage

X (formerly Twitter) was down for thousands of users worldwide on Thursday morning, April 17. According to the outage-tracking website Downdetector, over 5,000 users reported an outage at around 6.52 am IST. Users report that they are unable to load posts from Elon Musk-owned accounts on the social media platform's mobile app.

However, no official confirmation from the X. Meanwhile, as per Downdetector data, 37% users reported facing problems using X application, 27% are unable to load the feed or timeline, while 26% people are facing issues with the website.

Meanwhile, on April 15, X went down for over 17,000 people, according to Downdetector. Several people took to social media to voice their complaints about the Elon Musk-owned platform.
