A fire broke out early Thursday morning in a six-storey building in Thane, Maharashtra, causing significant damage to a shop and several vehicles. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident. The fire started at approximately 4:23 am on the ground floor of the building, located in the Siddharth Nagar area of Majiwada. Authorities confirmed that the blaze initially engulfed a shop situated on the ground floor. The flames rapidly spread, damaging three motorbikes that were parked nearby.

Upon receiving an alert, the Thane Fire Brigade and the Regional Disaster Management Cell (RDMC) swiftly responded to the scene. Firefighters worked quickly to bring the situation under control, managing to prevent the fire from spreading to the residential floors of the building. The fire was extinguished within 30 minutes of their arrival.
