"I want to branch out beyond comedy. It is very easy to get typecast in this industry where so many people are eyeing for the same part," Mallika told ."You don't even come in the consideration set as there is a genre you are known for. The comedienne says she sometimes feel the need to be diplomatic while expressing her views."Sometimes I do feel but not always, I feel there must be a balance. You must weigh the situation, if being completely candid now is going to hurt you in a big way or cost you something then maybe keep quite but then you must know your that voice matters.
