Aurangabad, June 24: Managing director Endress Hauser and vice chairman CII Maharashtra State Sriram Narayanan yesterday presented a concept of promotional video for vaccination on behalf of Industries Associations. The promotional video, with participation of Endress Hauser employees, aims at bringing awareness of vaccination to society as vaccination will support our nation’s war against COVID 19.Shivpaik Yogesh Chikatgaonkar is the lyricist, singer and music composer of the video. Chairman of CII Marathwada Zone Raman Ajgaonkar emphasized the importance of giving push to vaccination drive and praised the partnership of Government and industry associations in the fight against Corona. He praised the role of the entire government machinery of the district, frontline workers and industry associations for their efforts.CMIA vice-president Shivprasad Jaju spoke about happiness of doctors in Government Medical College and Hospital after receiving high quality ventilators from Industry.Vice-president MASSIA Anil Patil stated that if Industries get support from local administration, we can vaccinate 5000 Industry workers daily in Aurangabad.Dr Neeta Padalkar, medical officer of health, Aurangabad Municipal Corporation underlined how vaccination prevents complications in case of infection and stated that vaccination can bring death rate to almost zero. That is why Industry must lead by example ensuring 100% vaccination of all eligible employees, their families and associates, she said and expressed her wish to vaccinate majority of the eligible citizens of Aurangabad by July-end.The promotional video for vaccination drive was released in the presence of Dr Neeta Padalkar. Industry associations felicitated videographer Kishor Nikam for his contribution in making the video.CII Marathwada Zonal vice-chairman Prasad Kokil proposed a vote of thanks.Kamalakar Patil (MASSIA), Amol Mohite (CII) and select Endress Hauser employees were also present.
