Hawaii fishermen have alleged that Chinese vessels made aggressive manoeuvres near their boats.The allegations of China flouting international fishing regulations and occasionally acting aggressively have also come from Taiwanese, South Korean and Japanese vessels.Civil Beat reported that Beijing has been willing to foot the bill for Chinese fishing companies in part because fisheries along China's coastal regions have been depleted due to heavy demand for seafood in the country.
