Aurangabad, Jan 14:

In all, 48 new Corona suspects were found positive on Thursday. The total number of patients in the district reached 46398 now, of which, 44823 recovered, 1222 died while 353 are being treated, informed the district administration.

Patients found in the city are from, Kanchanwadi, Arunoday Colony, ST Colony, Mayur Park, N-4 Cidco, N-3 Cidco, Saraswatinagar, Rozabaug, Bhushannagar (One each). Satara area – 2, Others – 27.

Patients found in the rural areas are from, Cidco Mahanagar – 1. Ranjangaon, Bajajnagar (Two each). Others – 5.

One dies; total deaths: 1222

A 45 years old person from Waluj area died at the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). The total deaths in the district reached 1222 now.

Meanwhile, 54 patients including 45 from the city and 9 from the rural areas recovered and were given discharge on Thursday. The total number of patients given recovered in the district reached 44823 while 353 are being treated.
