Aurangabad, Jan 7:

As many as 86 fans were stolen from the Government Boys Hostel at Killeark despite security guards have been appointed for 24 hours on the entrance. A case has been registered at the Begumpura police station in this regard.

According to the details, during the Corona lockdown period, not a single student was present in the hostel and the hostel was vacant since April 1. Later, the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) used the hostel for the Covid patients. Hence, the complainant and other employees of the hostel were not going to the hostel during this period. As the number of patients reduced since November, the employees went to the hostel and inspected it. They found at 86 fans from the hostel rooms were missing. The warden Appasaheb Horshil informed the police about the theft. A case was lodged on Wednesday at the Begumpura police station.
