Aurangabad, Nov 3: The Addicts Golfing Society of Western India (AGSWI) team will exhibit its golfing skills on November 7 and 8 here at MGM Golf Club. There will be an intercity match on November 7 and prestigious AGSWI tournament on November 8 followed by prize distribution.

Founded more than 50 years ago, the AGSWI is a Society of long-standing repute in golfing circles - founded for the purpose of promoting the game of golf for amateur golfers in Western India.

The AGSWI has been eyeing the growing reputation of MGM Golf Club and have finally made up their mind that to conquer this course. Led by their Captian Col. Dinesh Sood (Retd) the team will be arriving in the city.

A small team of home golfers from MGMGC led by the Kakkars will also assist the AGSWI players to record a historic success here. Based on the success and with the blessings of the golfing Gods smiling on the AGSWI’s endeavours, the AGSWI will make history and the MGMGC will become a part of their regular calendar each year, according to a Press statement issued here today.
