The Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) health officials conducted 157 antigen and 876 RT-PCR tests (total 1033

tests) at its COVID Care Centres (CCCs) and different places in the city and traced 25 Covid-19 patients today.

The health teams conducted 83 antigen tests at the CCCs and detected seven Covid-19 patients on the spot. The AMC

personnel also held 321 RT-PCR tests on the suspects. Meanwhile, by visiting different parts of the city, the mobile teams conducted 71 antigen tests and detected 17 Covid-19 patients. It also collected swab collection of 485 suspects for RT- PCR tests.

According to AMC data, the GMCH conducted ten RT-PCR tests; District Civil Hospital conducted two, and private

laboratories performed 58, on Wednesday. The private laboratories also conducted three antigen tests and found one Covid-19 infected patient. The AMC will be receiving the reports of all RT-PCR tests tomorrow.
