Aurangabad, Jan 15:

The Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) health officials conducted 123 antigen and 708 RT-PCR tests (total 831 tests) at its COVID Care Centres (CCCs) and different places in the city and traced seven Covid-19 patients today.

The health teams conducted 31 antigen tests at the CCCs, and no person was detected as infected. The AMC personnel also held 98 RT-PCR tests on the suspects. Meanwhile, by visiting different parts of the city, the mobile teams conducted 49 antigen tests and detected five Covid-19 patients. It also collected swab collection of 544 suspects for RT-PCR tests.

According to AMC data, the GMCH conducted 11 RT-PCR tests, and private laboratories performed 55, on Friday. The private laboratories also conducted 43 antigen tests and found two Covid-19 infected patients. The AMC will be receiving the reports of all RT-PCR tests tomorrow.
