Aurangabad, Feb 2:

The Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) health officials conducted 176 antigen and 674 RT-PCR tests (total 850 tests) at its COVID Care Centres (CCCs) and different places in the city and traced nine Covid-19 patients today.

The health teams conducted 46 antigen tests at the CCCs and detected two persons as infected. The AMC personnel also held 146 RT-PCR tests at the CCCs. Meanwhile, by visiting different parts of the city, the mobile teams have conducted 73 antigen tests and detected four Covid-19 patients. It also collected swab collection of 483 suspects for RT-PCR tests.

According to AMC data, the GMCH conducted four RT-PCR tests, and private laboratories performed 41 on Tuesday. The private laboratories also conducted 57 antigen tests and found three infected patients. The AMC will be receiving the reports of all RT-PCR tests tomorrow.
