Aurangabad, Feb 22:

The Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) administrator A K Pandey today has issued an order granting permission to attend only 50 persons in any religious, social, cultural, educational or entertainment functions scheduled to be held either in the auditoriums or open spaces in the city. Pandey has ordered to initiate stringent action against the organisers, owners etc. if the violation is detected.

The order also mentioned obtaining permission from nearest the police station and the AMC ward office prior to the conduct of any function.

The AMC administrator also appealed to the citizens to take appropriate preventive measures while visiting the gardens, playgrounds, schools, colleges, restaurants, hotels, shopping malls, net cafes, yoga centres, sports complexes, travelling in trains, etc else hinted at taking action, stated the order.
