Aurangabad, April 2:
Acting upon the orders of the government, the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has deployed the Aurangabad Smart City Development Corporation Limited (ASCDCL), for the demarcation of 15 containment zones in the city. The zones have been selected on the basis of Covid-19 patients reporting from their jurisdictions.
The names of the containment zones will be declared by tomorrow evening. It may be noted that the government order stated that there is a dire need to demarcate containment zones as the Coronavirus is spreading fast. Hence, the government directed to take necessary and effective measures on an urgent basis in these zones.
