Aurangabad, July 15:

Despite accumulating Rs 1,200 crore in revenue, BSNL has not released Rs 300 crore for the salaries of its employees. Hence the employees staged an agitation on Thursday. All the staff unions in BSNL have now come together demanding release of the overdue salaries. As part of the agitation, posters were flashed in front of the BSNL headquarters and protests were staged. Ranjan Dani of the union warned to go on a symbolic one-day fast on July 28 if they did not receive the salary and other demands are not met. John Varghese, Shivaji Chavan, Yashwant Jungle and other office bearers were present on the occasion.
