This initiative is expected to expand professional opportunities while enhancing ease of doing business and sustainable economic growth.

Budget encourages real estate development

CREDAI has welcomed increased infrastructure spending, which will improve connectivity through highways, metros, logistics corridors, railways, and urban projects. Streamlined processes and digitization will shorten project timelines and reduce holding costs, benefiting developers and homebuyers. However, the budget provides limited support for affordable housing, requiring additional incentives to advance the “Housing for All” initiative.
