Co-passenger steals Rs 70K of old man in rickshaw
Aurangabad, Dec 3:
A co-passenger in an auto-rickshaw stole Rs 70,000 of a 60 years old man came in the city for a surgery.
According to the details, Ahmed Khan Amir Khan Pathan (60, Wakli Kathora, Bhokardan, Jalna district) came to the city today afternoon. He had a surgery and for which he had brought Rs 70,000 with him. He put the money in a polythene bag and kept it in his pocket. He came to Hudco Corner in the bus. From Hudco Corner he had to go to Kiradpura to his son’s house. Hence, stopped an auto-rickshaw but there were already two passengers in the rickshaw. The two passengers got down the rickshaw at Sathe Chowk at Siddharthnagar. As the rickshaw further reached to TV Centre, he realized that the bag of money was missing from his pocket. A case has been registered at the Cidco police station while PSI Balasaheb Aaher is further investigating the case.
